With focus on severely-hit enterprises with large export volume, Qingdao High-tech Zone Tax Service conducted online research to learn about the basic situation of enterprises and give policy guidance. According to the research, affected by the COVID-19, many enterprises face problems such as order reduction, delay or cancellation, poor delivery and difficulties in contra flow, and some enterprises have problems in work resumption and capital chain tension.

Online videoconferences were held to interview enterprises. At the conference, enterprise representatives explained their current difficulties and problems based on their actual situation in foreign trade. Staff members of the tax service answered questions raised by enterprises on export tax refund policies and tax refund declaration. After the conference, the discussion content was sorted out and analyzed. Inventory management will be conducted for problems that had not been solved on site.

Combining policy publicity and question answering, Qingdao High-tech Zone lets enterprises know about the latest export tax rebate (exemption) policies and ensures the implementation of these policies, further improves the efficiency of tax rebate, which relieving the capital pressure on enterprises and boosting their confidence.
