Li Xiyong, male, born in 1963, Tai An city, Shandong, Han nationality, Communist Party member, graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology, majored in Mining Engineering, master's degree，applied researcher of engineering technology, 11th and 12th National People's Congress representative from Shandong,10th and 11th Party Congress representative of shandong, 13th National People's Congress representative. 

He is currently the chairman and Party Secretary of  Yanzhou Mining Group. He has successively served as deputy director, director, GM, vice-chairman, chairman, deputy Party Secretary and Party Secretary in New Mining Group and Yanzhou Mining Group.
