Vice president of China Mengniu Dairy CO., LTD. Li Pengcheng said that he was excited about policies regarding Shandong pilot free trade zone proposed at the conference. China has entered a new era since the 19th Central Committee of the CPC, as a coastal province with huge economic potential and big population, Shandong needs to bear more responsibilities for development in the new era.
