Jianwei Pan, male is han nationality and was born in March 1970 in Dongyang, Zhejiang. He was a physicist, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He joined Jiusan Society in August 2005. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th CPC Central Committee of Jiusan Society, member of the Committee on Education, Health and Sport, executive vice President of the University of Science and Technology of China, President of the Institute of quantum information and quantum technology innovation of Chinese Academy of Sciences, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and academician of the World Academy of Sciences.
